Two faculty members in the Department of Ophthalmology at the Glick Eye Institute will be featured on the award-winning “Sound Medicine” radio program produced by the IU School of Medicine.
Can aging eyes lead to insomnia and other diseases? Ryan Prall, M.D., discusses new research that suggests a link between aging eyes and a variety of illnesses, including insomnia, heart disease and cancer.
Are African-Americans predisposed to glaucoma? Glaucoma affects more African-Americans than any other ethnic population. Lyne Racette, Ph.D., a researcher at the Glick Eye Institute, is investigating the reason.
