Mission/Purpose

The purpose of our laboratory is to investigate cellular and molecular processes relating to intraocular pressure regulation and glaucoma.

  • Glaucoma surgery and associated complications
  • New medical treatments for glaucoma

  • Response of trabecular meshwork to mechanical stress
  • Changes in trabecular meshwork cell gene expression in response to fluid shear stress
